This weekend was all about chocolate, so in other words, it was a great weekend. My daughter Aspen had a surprise 11th birthday party a couple of weeks ago and she has been obsessed with her gift of a chocolate bar making set. I finally gave in, braced myself for a messy kitchen and let her loose with chocolate, mini marshmallows, mini m n’ m’s and jelly beans.
